Tuition & Fees
Six weeks through 23 months - $42/day
24 months through four years - $40/day
Note: Must live within district attendance boundaries. Community members are expected to pre-pay tuition on the 1st and 15th of each month. Community members will pay for 12 months of services.

Notes: This may be deducted through district payroll & will be based on their contracted days.
Current CPS students who are parents are eligible to enroll their child at the Early Learning Center, subject to available openings. Student parents will be connected with district support staff to discuss tuition assistance options, scheduling accommodations, and any additional resources available through the district. The CPS student will be expected to volunteer in the ELC weekly. The student will sign an agreement indicating his/her expectations as part of this service.
Place holding fee for expecting families: Those that wish to pre-enroll and hold a place at the ELC for their child may do so up to four months in advance. The monthly holding fee is $100/child and will be applied towards their first month’s tuition.
Waitlist: The ELC will keep a running waitlist for age groups one year up to four years. First notice will be given to staff, students, followed by members of the community. There will not be a charge for placing a name on a waitlist.
If you are late picking up your child, you will be charged a late fee.
Late fees are as follows: $5 for the first minute, and $1 for each subsequent minute that the child is still in care. Payment for assessed late fees will be deducted from your next paycheck or statement.
